Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, parts, and instructions included.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Custom & Special Orders: Custom, made-to-order, or special-order furniture cannot be returned.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Call 713.766.5722 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Packaging & Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and clearly write the RA number on the box. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, minus applicable fees.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery times vary based on product availability and destination. Most in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days.
- Freight Shipments: Larger furniture items ship via freight carriers. Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise specified.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers should inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If damage is noted, refuse the shipment or take photos and report the issue within 48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Assembled or used furniture
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse
